Meet Lara Griffiths Resident
Hand Therapist
Lara has 20 years of experience in the practice of hand therapy. She graduated from the University of Sydney in 1997 and commenced her hand therapy career right away. Lara gained her early experience in one of Sydney’s large teaching hospitals before moving to the USA in 1999. She attained the qualification of Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) in 2003 and Accredited Hand Therapist (AHT) in 2018.
Lara has worked in a variety of private clinics in Sydney gaining valuable knowledge and experience from very experienced therapists and surgeons along the way, before relocating to Tasmania in 2013. Lara has been providing hand therapy services with Inbalance since August, 2017. Lara is the current President of the Australian Hand therapy Association and is grateful for the opportunity to be part of the growth and recognition of hand therapy in Australia.
