    Administration Assistant Part Time

    This is a part-time position for 20 hours at our multi-disciplinary clinic in Charles Street Launceston.

     

    Position Classification and Remuneration

    • You will be employed under the Health Professionals and Support Services Award
    • $50,000-$55,000 (FTE) plus Superannuation dependent on experience

    Your Role:

    • You will focus on supporting our multidisciplinary clinical team to create an exceptional client experience
    • You will engage with clients and ensure that every visit is first class
    • You will work closely with the senior administration team, liaise with the Directors and clinicians to ensure a happy, cohesive work environment
    • Your will be responsible for front reception duties utilising multiple software systems
    • Your rostered hours will vary between the hours of 7.30am and 7.00pm

    Selection criteria

    • You have familiarity using either microsoft office or google suite applications and its desirable that you are confident working with a range of different software systems - please give examples
    • You are skilled in providing excellent customer service.
    • You have highly developed communication skills across all demographics and an ability to support your team colleagues
    • Ability to identify problems or barriers within our systems and work with the senior admin team to facilitate problem solving
    • Succesful applicants will require a WWVP card and Police check
