Podiatrist : Full-Time
We are looking for a committed individual who enjoys a close knit team. A kind human wanting to join a successful, well-established private practice with a fun, client centric and compassionate focus. This is a full time position but for the right person, we are willing to offer you hours that may work for you and your lifestyle.
As the sole podiatrist in our clinic, you will need to work independently while being an integral part of our multidisciplinary team. We are seeking someone with at least 2 years of experience in podiatry.
What you will do:
- Diverse Caseload: Start with general podiatric clients and expand into your areas of interest. Our varied clientele includes NDIS, diabetic foot care, sports injuries, paediatric, and elderly patients.
- Variety in Your Day: Engage in clinic-based assessments, treatments, orthotic fittings, and potential home visits using our company vehicle.
- Client Management: Independently assess, diagnose, plan, and treat clients. We offer flexible appointment lengths, typically 45 minutes for initial consultations and 30 minutes for follow-ups.
- Comprehensive Treatment: Utilise a combination of well-informed advice, manual techniques, and orthotic therapy. We’ll support you in developing any necessary skills.
- Collaborative Environment: Work alongside experts in Exercise Physiology, Pain Management, Occupational Therapy, NDIS, Pilates Rehab, and Hand Therapy to provide holistic care.
The following are essential:
- Registered with AHPRA
- Tertiary qualification in Podiatry
- 2+ years experience
- Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Check (RWVP)
- Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
- Current First Aid & CPR
Role Desirables:
- Valid driver's license
