Adapt Occupational Therapy (Adaptot) offer a community-based occupational therapy service for adults with disability or age related changes living in the Northern region of Tasmania. ​

• Home safety and access assessments.
• Identify home modification solutions
• Falls prevention advice.
• Support to apply for funding.
• Assistive technology- aids and equipment needs
• Support & Capacity Building Needs
• Assessment of support needs .
• Training and advice for family and support staff.
• Advice and information about community access, available resources, supports and groups.
• Provide skills development programs.
